Analyzing an Implementation of Patient Safety Targets Standards at Ja'far Medika Hospital Based on Hospital Accreditation National Standards (SNARS) Issue 1.1

Background : The complexity of hospital operations has the errors’ potential. Patient safety will have an impact on patient's medical condition as well increasing health costs. Ja'far Medika Hospital scored 82.4 in KARS accreditation survey using SNARS edition 1.1 2019. This study analyzes implementation patient target standards at Karanganyar based 1.1. Methods is a quantitative descriptive by document review, observation infrastructure facilities, and Hospital. Results discussion accomplishment goals that meet passing grade are accuracy identifying 85%, reducing risk infection related to services/healthcare-acquired infections (HAIs) 82.3%, injury due falls 87.5%. Whereas targets below improve effective communication 78.5%, Increased high alert medication (HAM) 75%, confirmation exact location, procedure, operation 50%. Conclusion not been carried out optimally with Effective Communication improvement, enhancement drugs/drugs need watched
